The streets of Uzes
Sun in Whitstable
We spent a lovely Sunday enjoying the sun in our music room before heading out to Whitstable.
We had lunch in Whitstable with plenty of fizz to go around; I took these before the fizz flowed. I have to admit several of my pictures after lunch were a bit blurry. I can’t imagine why!
The clouds blew away while we were eating and some of us dipped our toes in the sea.
We threw stones into the sea, as is traditional at the beach.
And headed into Whitstable to see the latest shops before going home.
Primrose Hill
We love Primrose Hill. We lived there as students, had our wedding reception at the Lansdowne and have returned there frequently with the kiddos. We always make sure to visit the Primrose Hill Bakery and our favourite pub, The Lansdowne.
Deptford Market
I spent a very cold hour one Thursday morning, enjoying the sights and smells of Deptford Market with my Contax Aria, my new trusty sidekick. The Aria is much smaller than the Contax 645, which makes it easier to approach strangers in new situations, while still being able to shoot film. I’m warming up for a bigger documentary project. Well, actually two…but that’s another story.
